We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order: your name, phone number, email, apartment name and gate address, and the lobby photo you send.
To plan your kit layout, deliver it, send your payment receipt and answer your questions. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask.
Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on our payment partner's secure page (Razorpay / PayU). We never see or store your full card details.
Lobby photos are deleted after Diwali. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
