What's in the kit

Rangoli set2 kg rangoli colour, 10 shades, plus 2 large stencils sized for a lobby floor.
Warm lights3 × 10 m warm-white LED string lights (plug-in) for the entrance, railings or reception desk.
Diyas24 clay diyas with cotton wicks, for the entrance steps and rangoli border.
Layout planA one-page plan drawn on your own lobby photo: where the rangoli goes, which stencil, where the lights run, where the diyas sit.

Exact items can vary slightly with what the market has in stock; anything swapped is equal or better. You get the purchase receipts with the kit.

How it works

  1. Book with the button above (₹3,499, paid securely on the payment provider's page).
  2. Send us one photo of your lobby, your preferred delivery date and the gate address (the confirmation page after payment tells you how; or write to us first, see Contact).
  3. Get the layout plan within 48 hours. Tell us if you want changes.
  4. Kit arrives at your gate on your chosen date with receipts. Your volunteers set it up in about an hour using the plan.

Plainly: this is a kit + plan, not a decorator crew. Nobody comes to set it up. If you want a crew, we're the wrong service.

Questions

Who are you?

A small Bangalore team putting together festive kits for apartment associations. LobbyDrop is operated by Upsurge Labs LLP, Koramangala, Bangalore, which is the name you'll see on the payment page.

Can the association pay and get a receipt?

Yes. You get a payment receipt by email, and the shop receipts for every item come with the kit.

Are the diyas safe for a lobby?

They're normal clay oil diyas: keep them away from curtains and lift doors, and someone should be around while they're lit. Prefer flameless? Tell us and we'll swap them for LED tea lights.

Order by 5 Nov. Latest delivery date is 7 Nov.

Refunds & cancellations

Cancel any time before we buy your kit (at least 3 days before your delivery date) for a full refund. If we miss your delivery date, or an item arrives broken or not working, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we replace it or refund that item. Once the kit has been delivered and used, there is no refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Terms

Service area: Bangalore city. Delivery is to the gate/security desk of the address you give us. Prices include delivery and taxes as applicable. Rangoli colours are for decoration only, keep away from eyes and mouth. String lights are for indoor use, and must be plugged into a working socket and switched off when unattended. We use your name, phone, address and lobby photo only to make and deliver your order, and delete the photo after Diwali. Payments are processed by Razorpay under our billing entity, so the checkout page and your bank statement may show that entity's name rather than LobbyDrop; your receipt and order are with LobbyDrop.
