Cancel any time before we buy your kit (at least 3 days before your delivery date) for a full refund.
If we miss your delivery date, or an item arrives broken or not working, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we replace that item or refund it.
Once the kit has been delivered and used, there is no refund.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
