Desk rules for the Diwali week

- Write every guest and every parcel in the register. No exceptions during the rush.
- Call the flat before letting a guest in. If nobody answers, the guest waits.
- Do not accept OTP, open-box or cash-on-delivery parcels for residents.
- Big items (TV, furniture, appliances) go straight to the flat, by the service lift if there is one.
- Sweets, flowers and cakes are not kept at the desk overnight.
- Parcels not collected in days: call the flat, then inform the committee.
- Keep the lobby, lift doors, stairs and fire exit clear of parcels and decorations.
- No crackers in the lobby, parking or corridors. Report it to the supervisor.
- Switch the lobby lights on at dusk and off at the time the committee set.
- Any problem: call or the committee member on duty.
